Chatham-Kent police say two males have been charged after a fraud investigation at a neighborhood enterprise.
On Tuesday at 8:25 a.m., officers started the investigation when a enterprise on Grand Avenue West in Chatham reported two males making an attempt to make use of a stolen bank card.
